Some of our tools, such as the Headline Generator, use AI to write suggestions. This page explains what happens when you use them.
What happens to your input
- You fill in the fields and press the button.
- Your browser sends only those fields and the tool name to our server.
- Our server adds the tool’s instructions and sends the request to OpenAI’s API.
- The result streams back to your screen.
We do not store your input or the result. Under OpenAI’s API data policy, API data is not used to train their models by default and may be kept for a limited time for abuse monitoring. Read OpenAI’s API data usage policy.
Fair use limits
To keep AI tools free for everyone, each visitor can make a limited number of requests per minute and per day. When the limit is reached, or if the AI service is down, the tool shows suggestions built from templates instead.
Check every result
AI can be wrong or invent details. Read every result before you post it, and never include information you would not want to share. You are responsible for what you publish.
